Hosting and customer sites
FerrGrowth is served from the FerrLabs Kubernetes cluster (cf. ferrlabs.com/legal). Customer marketing sites built with FerrGrowth are also served from the same EU infrastructure: their content (pages, images, forms, analytics events) never leaves the European Union.
Hosting role for customer-published content
FerrGrowth is a hosting provider within the meaning of article 6 of the French LCEN for the websites created by its users. The full notification procedure for manifestly illegal content is published at ferrgrowth.com/abuse. Reports can also be sent to abuse@ferrlabs.com in the form prescribed by article 6 of the LCEN.
